The Holistic Approach to Food & Life

As a certified holistic nutritionist I strives to advise people regarding what constitutes a healthy diet. Foods are considered for their individual nutrients, but also for their synergy. Foods are evaluated based on the quality of the nutrients they contain—not just the quantity.

I seek to support the health and wellbeing of the whole person by teaching them how to optimize their diet for their individual life situation. This includes age, activity level, metabolic type, food sensitivities, etc. I understand that a healthy diet is rarely a one-size-fits-all proposition. I will work together with my client to design a healthy eating plan that will suit his or her health goals, as well as their lifestyle.

On this website, I would like to elaborate on the perfectionism around food and what people associate with eating, being healthy, self-love and self-care. I also want to share how to find that balance between to indulge happily for the sake of mental health while at the same time kind of simultaneously being strict about what you eat for physical health.

What we can do though is, we can find the perfect balance for us and I can help you with it. The goal is to be as happy and healthy as you can be.
